Private guided tours of the sanctuary are available by appointment only:
Monday - Saturday from 11:00 a.m.-12:00pm-1;00pm-2:00 p.m.

We charge $20.00 per adult $10.00 per child.

We are located in Palm Beach County in South Florida.

We do not allow visitors to roam about the sanctuary unescorted ...why? Well I have worked at several zoo type facilities over the years and the majority of the people are polite and courteous however a small percentage are rude and harass the animals and that I will not tolerate one bit (such as the recent tragedy at the San Francisco Zoo).

On another note this is a very exciting and thrilling adventure and you probably won't be able to get this close to these amazing animals at any zoo or safari ride. Also this is an opportunity for some amazing photographs. It is sure to be a trip you will remember for a lifetime, not only are you providing your family and friends with the adventure of a lifetime you will also be helping us take care of the residents here at McCarthy's Wildlife and any residents in the future.

Enjoy the coolest collection of snakes around in our new and improved reptile room. From creepy crawlie tarantulas to a 12 foot albino python. Eastern diamondback rattlesnakes, rhino vipers, jumping vipers, albino cobras and so much more. Other reptiles you will see include monitors, tegus, bearded dragons, and crocodiles.

            

 There is always fun things to do at McCarthys, the Girl Scouts learn about many types of wildlife.

You will enjoy the intimate experience of a private tour with no one blocking your view or worrying about your children getting lost in the crowd you can relax and just enjoy your day.

So if you are looking for an attraction that won't wear you out and something fun to do for the kids come out and join us in the Acerage of West Palm Beach for the adventure of a lifetime you and your family are sure to have lots of fun.

Dress appropriately closed shoes and long pants are advised and hats and sunscreen are also suggested.

While on tour you will see White Tigers, African Lions,  Black Panthers, Florida Panthers,Spotted Leopards, Ruffed Lemurs, Kinkajous,  Scarlet Macaws, African Greys, Red tail Hawks, Great Horned Owls, Snakes, and many other Reptiles! Tours last about an hour to an hour and a half. We are only 40 minutes west from downtown West Palm Beach, City Place and the Palm Beach Zoo and 15 minutes north from Lion Country Safari.
